If you do not want Faklaze to collect, use, disclose, transfer or store your information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy, you may not play our games or use our services.

1. How we collect your information

Faklaze collects information when you: (a) create an account, (b) play our games or use services related to our games, (c) make purchases within our services, (d) create user-generated content, (e) participate in a contest or challenge organized by Faklaze, (f) view ads using our services, (g) subscribe to our newsletter, (h) contact our Customer Service, (i) express interest in trying a game, or (j) interact with our social networks or other community websites.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide to us: (a) contact information (such as name and email address), (b) your age, (c) username and password, (c) profile information (such as an image of profile), (d) information that you provide to us when you request help from our Customer Service, (e) other information that you provide to us (such as information provided for the identification of a lost account).

We automatically collect information when you use our services: (a) information about your in-game progress and activity, (b) information about IP address and device identifiers, (c) information about your device (such as operating system, browser type and preferred language), (d) general geolocation information, (e) precise geolocation information, and (f) your Faklaze player ID.

We collect information obtained from our partners: (a) billing information (if you make purchases in games), and (b) information for advertising and analytical purposes, so that we can improve the service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: (a) provide you with a better gaming experience, (b) offer you age-appropriate services, (c) improve our games, (d) register your participation in contests and contact you if you win. prizes, (e) identify and correct errors in the service, (f) use to manage, analyze and optimize, (g) compile statistics, (h) comply with regulatory and legal requirements, as well as respond to any request from the protection authorities data controller or any law enforcement agency, (i) manage your subscription and opt-out of our newsletter service, (j) to provide support, communicate with you and respond to requests that have been sent to the Support service to the Client, (k) contact you to promote our services or contests that we may offer, (l) send promotions or marketing material (all with your prior consent), (m) serve and measure the effectiveness of advertising, (n) send you push notifications (if you choose to allow that feature) only for users 13 years or older in the United States (16 years or older in Europe), and (o) data analysis information assists analysis and operations commercial, allows the development and improvement of products and services.

Generally, we only collect your personal information: (a) when we have your consent to do so, (b) when we are legally required to collect your personal information, (c) when we need the personal information to perform our contract with you, and provide the services to you, such as customer services, service error detection, or (d) where the processing is carried out for our legitimate interests (by measuring the effectiveness of advertising or marketing campaigns, by analyzing your gaming activities, by protect and improve our services and products) and is not overridden by your rights.

4. How we store your information

Faklaze retains, uses and stores your information while you play our games or use our services, and for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with the laws in force in your country of residence.
It should be noted that a longer information retention period may be necessary to resolve disputes, or to respond to regulatory or law enforcement requests. In such cases, the information collected will be used and stored until the request in question is closed.

5. How we share your information

Faklaze uses third-party services that have limited access to your information for specific purposes, such as administration, analytics, optimization, advertising, marketing assistance, customer service, and data analysis. These services include PlayFab and Appodeal, which assist us with our operations. These third-party services are authorized to use your information only for these purposes.

We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies activities that we, in good

faith, consider to be illegal. We will investigate or take action to counter any illegal activity, suspected abuse or unauthorized use of the services, or to protect the property or safety of others. Additionally, we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or court order worldwide, if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. In that case, we will consider the applicable local laws, the nature of the request, as well as the legitimacy and proportionality of your information.

6. Security and confidentiality of your personal information

At Faklaze, we have implemented security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, it is important to note that data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network cannot be guaranteed 100% secure. Despite our efforts to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and assume no liability for unauthorized use of or access to your information under our control.

When we use third parties to process your personal information or credit card information, we require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and protect your personal information.

In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, including your credit card information, we will notify you immediately in accordance with local data breach regulations and take reasonable steps to correct the situation.

7. Children

At Faklaze, we value children's privacy and encourage parents or legal guardians to educate them about the safe use of information on the Internet. It is important that children do not reveal their name, address, telephone number or other personal information without the prior permission of their parents or legal guardians.

We consider a user to be a child if they are under 13 years of age, unless stricter regulations apply in their country of residence. In European Union countries, users under 16 years of age are considered children, unless another age is specified by the data protection regulations of their country of residence. If we determine that any of our services are directed to users under the minimum legal age required in their country of residence, we may prevent such users from using the services or providing information, and/or limit the collection of information from such users as described next.

Users under the minimum age requirement in their country of residence should not submit information to Faklaze.

We apply the following limitations to the collection of personal information for a user who is not of the minimum legal age required in their country of residence: (a) they will not be able to display their real name or other information in the games, (b) they will not be able to subscribe to newsletters, and (c) may not use features where users may appear under their real names.

For these users, we will prevent the collection and use of their precise geolocation data and will only show them contextual advertising (excluding any behavioral advertising).

Children may be invited to participate in our game testing with parental permission and/or the physical presence of their parents, depending on the country where the game testing is taking place.

Parents should exercise their privacy rights on behalf of their children.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights at any time and request access, rectification or deletion of your personal information. Depending on local regulations, if you are a European user, you may also request limitations on the processing of your personal information, object to the processing of your information, or exercise your right to data portability.

Please note that other third parties (our data partners) may be controllers of your information. You may choose not to share your personal information with third parties for any purpose by contacting Customer Service.

If you have previously consented to any direct marketing communications from us or subscribed to our newsletters, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the link available in each communication and newsletter we send you.

Please note that game functions, services and features may be affected by your actions. Some of your information and its processing is mandatory for the services to be provided.

Your actions may force Faklaze to stop providing the services. When the following conditions apply, your game will be reset: (a) if you request modification of this mandatory information, we may not be able to continue linking the game or game services with you, (b) if you request processing limitations that are mandatory for Faklaze, or if you object to such processing (in which case we may not be able to provide you with the game services), and (c) if you withdraw your consent or request deletion of your information.

If you withdraw your consent or request deletion of your information, we will no longer use or process your information, but will store it to respond to requests from police or regulatory authorities. We also reserve the right to retain an archive of such information for a commercially reasonable time to ensure that its deletion does not affect the integrity of our information; and we further reserve the right to retain an anonymized version of such information.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 (or under another age specified by applicable regulations) and believe that your child has provided us with information, please send an email to faklazeassistant@gmail.com placing as subject “Delete personal information of a minor” and we will delete your information from our system.

To preserve the confidentiality of your information, we must ensure that we correctly identify you. Therefore, for certain requests or services we may ask you for a copy of an official document that proves your identity and that of your child. This copy will be securely destroyed within 6 months of receipt and closing of your request.

Our team will review your request and respond to you within 30 business days, unless your request requires further investigation. You will be specifically informed if that is the case.

9. Thirdparty services

The Services may be linked to external sites over which we have no control. This Privacy Policy applies only to personal and non-personal information collected through our services. By accessing external sites, you agree to the privacy policies of those sites. Please note that these sites may have different policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. We are not responsible for the actions, inactions or policies of third-party services and recommend that you review their privacy policies.

Faklaze reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Substantial changes will be posted in the “Privacy Policy” section of our websites and apps, with the modification date indicated at the top of the page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to be informed of any changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Our services are provided as is and we do not guarantee their continued availability or their operation without interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for problems with access to the services or for matters beyond our control. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute related to the use of our services will be resolved in the competent courts of your country of residence.
